By registering for free, you’ll be able to increase your visibility with our customizable profiles describing your field of expertise, your affiliations and your contact details. Individual and corporate subscriptions give your customers the opportunity to submit their own files directly, all in your corporate branding.
If you are a mediation and arbitration center, by choosing the Corporate subscription, you will have the possibility to manage a whole team of mediators or arbitrators. After having been invited by email, each assigned mediator or delegated arbitrator will be able to see and manage his own files without viewing those of the other collaborators.
By subscribing to JustiCity, you can request a deposit or full payment for the mediation via our secure payment platform. In addition, you can choose whether or not to share the costs with the parties and choose to have the parties pay before or after the mediation is completed.
All our plans offer the possibility to choose up to 10 dates of availability which will be submitted to the parties. The parties will then be able to choose one or more dates from among the pre-selected dates. The choice of the final date is always made by the mediator or the arbitrator.
SIGNATURE OF DOCUMENTS
Justicity provides you with a SaaS platform allowing you to dematerialize the signing of documents such as the mediation or arbitration agreement, contracts, settlement agreement or the certificate of an attempted mediation.
Don’t waste youre time on travels ! Both parties receive an email invitation to the online mediation session or the hearing. On the chosen day, they participate by videoconference in your presence. Depending on the package chosen, the sessions can extend over several days, be shortened or extended.
ASSISTED NOTE TAKING
Our software assists you in taking notes. These are saved in each folder and you can access them at any time. You can choose to share these notes with the parties as a visual aid for the mediation.
Our software simplifies the redaction of the agreement or the award. The management of the data recorded as well as during the note-taking process fits into our transaction model which will be submitted for electronic signature.
The management of documents provided by the Parties as well as their sharing is done through a dedicated cloud drive. These documents are directly available online in your interface and are stored securely.
You have the possibility to chat with the parties online using a dedicated messaging system in a secure and confidential manner during mediation or in bilateral discussions.
