Non-transferability: You acknowledge that your JUSTICITY account is non-transferable and that any right to your Member ID or Content of your account cannot be transferred to your beneficiaries.

Reproduction and resale: You acknowledge that you may not reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell, rent or trade the Service (or any part of the Service) for any purpose whatsoever.

 

CONTENT

The term “Content” refers to any information that may be generated or found while using the Service and the Site, such as data files, text, images, messages and any other similar material. You acknowledge that any Content published publicly or sent privately on the Service is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. Post, send, transmit or make available in an unsolicited and unauthorized manner any electronic mail, any advertisement, any advertising material, spam, e-mail or any chain of letters, including in particular, information notices and advertising mailings in mass ;

Forge any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header data of an email or forum post or place information within a header in such a way as to deceive the recipients as to the origin of any Content transmitted via the Service (“spoofing”);

PAYMENT

Fees: You agree to pay all fees specified at the time of registering for the Service and any part thereof. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. The User places an order with Legalcity directly on its Website by following the ordering procedure. The orders placed bind the User irrevocably. Any order placed with Legalcity will be confirmed once payment has been made and is non-refundable.

Credit Card Authorization: You may be required to provide JUSTICITY with a credit card number from a card issuer that we accept in order to activate your Service. Please contact your card issuer if you have any further questions about when the amount is withdrawn from your bank statement.

Method of Payment: JUSTICITY charges the Service Fee and any other additional charges you authorize to the credit card account or any other method of payment you provide. By authorizing JUSTICITY to charge fees associated with your account to a credit card or any other payment method you provide, you authorize JUSTICITY to continue to automatically charge to that card or any other payment method you provide (or any card replacement if the original card is renewed, lost, stolen or changed for any reason by the card issuer and the card issuer notifies JUSTICITY of the new account for the replacement card) all charges associated with your account , including any renewal fees as described below. Price Changes: JUSTICITY may, at any time and upon notice required by applicable law, change the price of the Service or any part thereof or impose new charges. Price changes and the introduction of new charges established during the period of your subscription apply to subsequent subscription periods and to all new subscribers after the effective date of the change. Effects of termination: Upon termination of your account, you lose all access to the Service and any part of the Service, including in particular your Member Account, your Subscriber ID and your data. In addition, JUSTICITY will delete all information and data held in or as part of your account (s), including but not limited to data files and backups and e-mails. Any amount paid to JUSTICITY will be definitively acquired.
